Politecnico di Torino

The Polytechnic University of Turin is the first engineering school in Italy, founded on the wave of renewal of technical-scientific culture that saw the birth of the most prestigious European polytechnics in the mid-nineteenth century. A long and constantly evolving path, which has accredited the University among the best European technical universities for training and research.

While POLITO started out as an Associated Partner in the BeyondTheEdge project, it evolved to a Beneficiary in January 2026 and is currently hosting one of the BeyondTheEdge PhD students.
